• Local tax
  The local tourist tax of € 1.90 per person 14+ and per day is added to the price.
• Single supplement
  For double rooms for single occupancy the price of a double room will be charged.
• Children’s discounts
  • 0-3 years: -80 %
  • 4-5 years: -50 %
  • 6-11 years: -30 %
  • 12-17 years: -20%
  • from 18 years: -10 %.
• Pets
  Dogs up to 10 kg are allowed: We charge € 15 per day in a room or € 20 per day in a suite. The price does not include dog food. We kindly ask you not to let your animal friend sleep in the bed. If extraordinary cleaning measures become necessary due to a pet stay, we charge € 150 for the final cleaning. In case of damage caused by pets, the repair costs must be charged in full.

Cancellation conditions

• Deposit: 30% of the booked arrangement.
  Deposit for arrivals in the period of 24.12. - 01.01.: 50% of the booked arrangement
  The booking is considered confirmed if the deposit is paid within 5 days of booking by bank transfer or by credit card on our website.

  The remaining part of the booking amount will be paid on site on the day of departure.

• For cancellations within 30 days before arrival the deposit will be credited and can be used for another reservation within 6 months.
• Changes that are not announced at least 30 days prior to arrival (e.g. late arrival, early departure, change in the number of guests) cannot be deducted from the total amount estimated at the time of booking.
